NEW SUBDIVISION - Standard Drawings for SFD sites (under one acre of LD)

WHEN REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED:

When a development project contains an approved erosion control plan for the entire (includes lot development) development, a separate erosion control plan shall not be required for the development of the residential lots within that development that disturb less than one acre if the developer and builder are the same financially responsible person.

When a development project contains an approved erosion control plan for infrastructure only (does not includes lot development) development, a separate erosion control plan shall be required for the development of the residential lots within that development that disturb less than one acre if the developer and builder are the same financially responsible person.

Developer has choice to include each lot in the erosion control plan for the subdivision or pay for individual lot permits.  The cost is $300/acre or any portion of an acre when developing the erosion control plan for the subdivision with a $200/plan review fee.  The individual lot permits are $100.00/lot developed.  The developer can decide which avenue is best option for their individual needs.
