Close Out Requirements (High and Low Density)

CLOSE OUT DOCUMENT (BELOW) IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH DOCUMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED A COMPLETE SUBMITTAL

High-Density Development Permits Require the following documents for close out prior to temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) or certificate of occupancy (CO) is requested:

• As-Built Drawing (instructions below)
• Plat
• Signage (If required) (instructions below)
• Stormwater Access Easement
  • Home Owners Association (instructions below)
• Stormwater Agreement
• Operations and Maintenance Agreements for each SCM/BMP device (instructions below)
• Engineer Certification (Form provided below)
• Close Out Document Required (Form provided below)
• General MDC as-built Requirements (Form provided below)
• Permittee as-built Requirements (Form provided below)

Low-Density Development Permits Require the following documents for closeout prior to a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) or certificate of occupancy (CO) is requested:

• General MDC as-built Requirements (Form provided below)
• Low Density Designer as-built Requirements (Form provided below)
• Permittee as-built Requirements (Form provided below)
• As-Built Drawing showing stormwater features
