INCOME MAINTENANCE CASEWORKER III

Long Term Care – Adult Assistance

Must have minimum two years of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker for fully qualified IMC III. 

If a fully qualified IMC III is not available, we will consider hiring an IMC II or and IMC I with a work-against for one or two years.

Minimum requirements for an IMC I are graduation from high school and three years of paraprofessional, clerical, or other public contact experi­ence which included negotiating, interviewing, explaining information, the gathering and compiling of data, the analysis of data and/or the performance of mathematical or legal tasks;  or graduation from high school with two years of paraprofessional,  clerical, or other public contact experience which included negotiating, interviewing, explaining infor­mation, gathering and compiling of data, analysis of data and/or the performance of mathematical or legal tasks; or graduation from an accredited associate degree program in Human Service Technology, Social Services Associate, Paralegal Technology, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a closely related curriculum;  or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

 Keyboarding and computer literacy skills are required.  Prefer applicants with knowledge or experience  in Windows Environment and Microsoft Word and Excel. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. 

Grade / Salary:  Grade 70 - $15.80 per hour
